Emma Jude Lyons wins National 3-Minute Thesis Final

Congratulations to Emmajude Lyons of University of Limerick School of Architecture & Product Design won this year's final of the Irish Universities Association National 3-Minute Thesis(3MT) Final at the Royal Irish Academy in Dublin.

EmmaJude, who won the 3MT final during UL Research Week 25, gave a magnificent presentation on "Creating bespoke breast prosthesis for women post-mastectomy".

Well done to the other competitors, all of whom delivered excellent summaries of their research.

EmmaJude's viva voce examination is tomorrow, so this could be a really memorable week for her on more than one front!
