School of Allied Health (SAH) PhD EU Fee Waiver Competition December 2025

The School of Allied Health invites applications for a  of PhD EU fee waiver. Applications for the waiver should be aligned with a UL/EHS Research Centre and/or Research Institute, as well as ULs Wisdom for Action Research Strategy (2022-2027). 

The Awards will be made on a competitive basis by SAH in support of:

• New PhD students (i.e., beginning Year 1 of study) to a PhD who have no significant source of funding for fees.
• PhD students who are progressing into Year 2 of study of their PhD who have no significant source of funding for fees. 

In line with the Performance Agreement 2024–2028 between the HEA and University of Limerick, priority with be given to new entrants to doctoral studies at the University of Limerick.
