The Library provides a range of resources in Brightspace Discover to help students develop essential information literacy and research skills through flexible, self-paced, and interactive learning. These resources support UL’s commitment to inclusive, student-centred, and research-informed education. You can recommend your students use these resources independently, or you can integrate them with your Brightspace module sites.
Glucksman Library Assignment Toolkit
The Gluckman Library Assignment Toolkit is designed to help students through the various stages of completing a written assignment. It helps students search for relevant, high-quality information, critically evaluate information, and correctly reference sources.

The Assignment Toolkit can be accessed by students independently in Brightspace Discover. Additionally, we provide a list of activities including quizzes to accompany the Assignment Toolkit. These can be embedded in your Brightspace module sites, used to support teaching, and integrated with formative or summative module assessments.
