The VLE structure was approved by the Executive Committee in May 2025 as the mechanism to enable governance, coordination, and support of the ongoing work and decision-making process around the digital education infrastructure at UL.
The progress of the VLE structure is supported by approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) for decision-making.
Approved minutes of the VLE Management Board, monthly updates by the working groups, and approved changes controls are shared in the open folder VLE Campus Engagement (available on request).
